Engraving

Engraving offers a special way for a name, a significant date, or a meaningful message to be permanently etched onto various surfaces like glass and metal.

Whether it's a delicate glass champagne flute, a timeless piece of jewellery, or a beloved fragrance, engravings add a unique touch. Using a brushless portable drill allows us to work from any location, ensuring minimal disruption to your surroundings and engraving a name can be done in just a few minutes.

Calligraphy / Hand-lettering

Our Calligraphy Service specializes in turning personal messages into stunning works of art. Whether it's customized cards for Mother's Day, gift tags for your seasonal events, or note cards for promotional occasions, we aim to bring your words to life with beauty. We also offer hand-lettering with a pen for items that cannot be engraved or are not made of paper. Choose from a variety of writing styles and ink colors that perfectly match your brand and event theme.

  • For live events, personalising an item with a first name or a date can take as little as 5 minutes. For calligraphy, it can take around 2-3 minutes.

  • We can write on a variety of surfaces to suit your event!

    Engraving

    I can engrave on smooth surfaces such as glass, metal, acrylic, ceramic, stone.

    Calligraphy / Hand-lettering
    • Paper - place cards, invitations, certifications, envelopes, greeting cards
    • Selected Fabrics - tote bags, banners, t shirts
    • Leather - wallets, cardholders, journals, keychains, bags, cases

    We specialise in using a traditional dip pen but for items does not allow for it, we can use markers and pens that are suitable.

  • We can collaborate with you to select the perfect items for personalisation, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of your event. Please note that we do charge additional fees for any items that need to be sourced on your behalf.

  • Engraving:
    For engraving, we use a specialised portable brushless drill tool and the noise is very minimal and will cause little to no disruption to your event.

  • We are based on the North Shore and service areas around Auckland. We are happy to travel beyond Auckland, however, please note that travel costs will apply.

    Our live event engraving and calligraphy on-site services are available on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

  • On-site engraving rate is $195 NZD p/h (including 15 minute set up time before the event)

    On-site calligraphy rate is $155 NZD p/h (including 15 minute set up time before the event)

    Minimum 3 hours on-site for engraving and calligraphy services

  • Please get in touch as soon as possible, especially during peak event seasons such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and over the holidays. Our schedule tends to get booked several months ahead to ensure availability.

  • Once you've filled in the form with all the necessary details, we will be in touch to go over what you'd liked engraved or written with calligraphy, including any samples you need to provide, as well as the setup and the overall schedule. On the day of the event, all we require is a table, chair in a well-lit area.

We'll discuss the day's details, including your engraving preferences, samples, special requests, and themes and how you expect the day to go.

3. Day-of

We arrive 15 minutes early to set up, provide our services, interact with your guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
