As our products are handmade in nature and made-to-order, in general we do not accept returns unless a product is damaged during transit. Please carefully consider your purchase before ordering.

That said, your happiness is our priority. Please get in touch with your order number within 14 days of your package delivery if you have any concerns, and I will work with you to make it right.

Shipping

Pre-made orders are generally between $5-$8 for shipping. To see the exact amount, the shopping cart will calculate the total. Custom orders may incur an additional charge depending on size and weight.
Payment in full must be made prior to the shipment of goods. Packages will be sent via NZ Post Tracked Courier Service. Please allow up to 3 - 5 business days for shipping within New Zealand.

Additional shipping fees may apply, depending on the shipping method and destination country.

Turnaround

Upon ordering products from the website, ready-made items will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days. For custom listings, my turnaround time is 3 weeks.

Rush Order

Orders requiring a shorter turnaround can be accomodated depending on availability. Rush order fees apply as follows but please get in touch first.

3 weeks: 20 % of order total
2 weeks: 50% of order total
1 Week before date: 100% of order total

Please note that when a rush order is submitted, I do not rush the process. I still put in the care & attention and simply priortize your order.
