Welcome to Rosemay Studio (also referred to as ‘we’ ‘our’ ‘us’). These terms govern your use of our website. By accessing and browsing this website or purchasing from us, you engage in our ‘Service’ and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access the website or use any of our services.

2. General Conditions

We hold respect in high regard and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from Rosemay Studio. 

3. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

While we do our best to maintain the accuracy in information presented on our site, we acknowledge the possibility of occasional discrepancies. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.  This site may contain historical information, not current. We reserve the right to modify site contents without obligation to update information.

4. Modification of the Services and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without advance notice. We retain the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, without prior notification. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Products and Services

Our products embody our passion and craftsmanship. We make every effort to display colours and images of our products that appear at the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. All of our handmade and custom products are individual and unique. As a result, the product may be slightly varied from the images we have on our website. Illustrations and calligraphy are created by hand and we will use reasonable efforts to ensure they are produced in a style and manner consistent with our current portfolio. Due to their hand-made nature, there may be slight imperfections and differences between each piece. 

6. Copyright

All the content found within our website, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Rosemay Studio. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited. 

7. Social Media

We reserve the right to display your customized order or services on Rosemay Studio’s website, other related social media platforms, and printed materials at any time. Any sensitive information will not be disclosed to the public. 

8. Product Images

All product images are taken or acquired with consent. Proper credit must be given for image usage.

9. Refund / Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products and services provided,  we do not accept any change-of-mind returns or exchanges. We invite you to reach out if you have any concerns. 

10. Faulty / Damaged Items

If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, please take a photo of both the packaging and the item and send them to rosabel@rosemay.studio. We will do our best to work out a solution. Please do not discard the item.

11. Privacy

In order to process your order we are required to collect the information that you provide to us, such as your name, address and email address. This information is only used to process your order and deliver it to you. We will never distribute, sell or use your details for any other reason.

When you place an order by credit card we do not store any information other than what is listed above. We use third party financial services. Your card details are used through an encrypted server so you can be assured your order is being processed safely and securely. We do not see any of your card information before, during or after this process.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services if you violate these terms or engage in any activities that may harm our website or reputation.

14. Changes to Terms of Service

We may periodically update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal regulations. These revised terms will be readily accessible on our website, and your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any modifications.
