Pointed Nib Calligraphy & Floral Illustration Workshop
Learn the art of pointed nib calligraphy and discover how the same simple tools can bring delicate floral illustrations to life. 🌸✨
Perfect for beginners, this hands-on workshop is designed to be a relaxed and enjoyable introduction to both calligraphy and inked floral sketching.
• In the first half (1.5 hours), we'll start with the basics—getting familiar with your tools, holding your pen comfortably, and practicing strokes in my style of script. By the end, you'll be confidently writing your own name in calligraphy.
• For the second half, we’ll dive into floral illustration, starting with sketches of some of my favourite blooms, including the Japanese anemone. Once you're ready, we’ll bring them to life using ink, adding a touch of gold for that extra charm.
Everything you need will be provided, including your own take-home calligraphy kit. Just bring yourself—or a friend for a creative afternoon together!
